STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
These Terms and Conditions are our standard terms of business that you will accept upon placing an order from us, through all available channels of communication (our website, e-mail order made with one of our representatives, telephone, or other forms of communication). By accessing this Website and/or placing an order from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
In these terms and conditions, ´The Seller´ means Hermossa Ltd, and ´The Buyer´ or ‘The Customer’ means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´ under these terms and conditions.
2. Professional use only
Hermossa Limited operates as a general public online retailer.
Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.
Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product’s correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
4. Discounts & Special Offers
All offers are subject to availability. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Hermossa Limited reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time without prior notice. Promotional discounts cannot be used against the Olaplex products.
Free delivery over £100:
Orders must be over £100 including VAT and placed online to qualify for free delivery, otherwise, £3.99 is the standard delivery charge. This offer is only valid on orders within the UK.
Email sign up offer:
10% off is offered on all products (excluding Olaplex products and products on sale) to customers who sign up for a newsletter. The discount code is a one-time coupon per Customer.
5. Your Online Account
If you use this website you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. Hermossa Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.
6. Online Orders
When you place an order to purchase an item from Hermossa Limited, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we dispatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched, do not form part of that contract.
7. Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on the website, however, if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on the stock figures shown.
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.
Please note, delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. If you wish to make amendments to your delivery once an order has been made, please speak to a member of our Customer Service Team over the phone or by email.

9. Shortages & Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
10. Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of placing your order and we will refund you. Please contact our Customer Services Department on 02086823880 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns authorization.
When returning your items, please include a brief letter including your name, address, and an order number as well as an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any products that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.

If you realize you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at email@example.com (with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line), or in-office hours by calling 02086823880. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out. If your order has already left our warehouse and you decide to cancel, we will partially refund your order (we will not cover the cost of postage). Please ensure you inform us of your intent to cancel within 30 days of placing your order.
We will refund the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.
10.1 Faulty, damaged or incorrect item received
We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.
Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty, or damaged, the following applies:
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, we will offer you a full refund, including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to the product(s) that are faulty, received damaged, or not as described.

Certain areas of our site use industry-standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP addresses of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.
We collect Contact and Delivery information (e.g. name, billing address, delivery address, and email address) The Customer’s Contact and Delivery information are used to get in touch with the customer when necessary and to supply products as ordered. For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Global Payments Services which means that we don’t hold records of your credit card details.

Should you wish to close your account, please contact our Customer Services Team at email@example.com who will be happy to organize this. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however, any historic order information will not be available to view.

We may immediately suspend or terminate the rights of any customer and/or close an account if:
